Pestana Sintra Golf Conference & Spa Resort

We really enjoyed our dinner here and would gladly come back. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, while the elegant interior made for a lovely atmosphere. Many thanks to André, Fabrício, and Tiago for their warm hospitality and great service.

We'd been staying there since the 21st, and it was the worst place we've ever been. Dinner on the 25th was a complete disaster. We waited two hours for food, which was poorly made and cold. The one bright spot was room manager Marco, who gave impeccable service and put us at ease. We can't recommend this hotel unless you want your birthday vacation ruined.

We aren't even golfers, but we'd definitely come back. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel grounds beautiful and tidy, and we especially liked the indoor pool. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, with absolutely nothing to complain about.

The rooms were clean, though a little dated, and it surprised me that there was body wash but no separate shampoo or conditioner. For such a beautiful hotel and resort, I expected more. The staff were very accommodating when luggage from our flight didn't arrive. Airport communication was difficult because the prompts were in Portuguese or Spanish, so the front desk staff spoke with the airport for me.
