The owner was very helpful, and his dining suggestions were spot-on. He even made reservations for us, although almost everyone in Sintra speaks two or more languages. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and there are parking spaces for guests. The B&B is an easy walk from the town center and several iconic sights. For Pena, there's a bus stop very close by if you'd rather not hike uphill for 60 minutes. One of the nicest B&Bs we've stayed at on this trip, with an upscale feel and lots of attention to detail.

We had a lovely view over Sintra and the surrounding area from the balconies. The late nineteenth century villa is classically furnished, breakfast was excellent, and the people were helpful. Nothing to fault.

Michael was a great, very knowledgeable innkeeper, and the views from the room and breakfast table were amazing. We had the best breakfast of our Portugal trip.

If you have breakfast on the porch, the views are unbeatable. The breakfast was delicious and really complete, with some of it served buffet-style. It's a beautifully maintained mansion-style building with very friendly staff and a room full of luxurious touches. The location is perfect, close to everything, and parking is essential in Sintra this time of year.
