The location is excellent, but there were several things we didn’t like. We told them about our dust mite allergies, but they thought opening the windows would get rid of the allergens. I ended up needing antihistamine because there were dust mites in the pillows or mattress. The hand soap and shower soap dispensers were empty, and when we asked for them to be filled, someone only filled them to less than halfway. The toilet paper was nearly finished too. They also had a lockbox but hadn’t given us the code, so we waited a few minutes for them to answer the phone and come give it to us in person. The coffee machine takes specific capsules, but there weren’t any available. If you’re only staying one night, there isn’t even time to go buy some.
