The fish was burned, and they still charged for it, apparently hoping no one would complain. The meat was carbonized too. No shame at all. Worst restaurant ever. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. Don't stop there.

The server was nice and apologetic, but the meal was awful and not cheap. The meat was inedible, and they couldn't even make proper coffee. One of the most horrible meals I've had.

They've done a lot of modernizing, and the results are great. The staff were very welcoming, and the restaurant food was excellent, with great service too. A really good stay.

For 35€, breakfast was included, and there was plenty of it: fresh bread, coffee, tea, pastries, and cold cuts. I expected an extra charge because there was so much, but it was part of the price, so the hotel was excellent value. It's about a 10-minute drive from Tomar, so you'll need a car. The room was clean, with fresh towels and the basics. The bed was a little too soft, but fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful, everything was VERY clean, and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast had cheese, meat, rolls, jam, cake, orange juice, and other drinks. We also enjoyed a very good evening meal with generous portions. It's a great little 2-star hotel with all you need in a room. The only downside was the stairs up to the bedrooms.
