The location worked perfectly, and the rooms were clean. We had great service too, so it was an excellent experience.

At 1:40 a.m., after a tiring day and a 2.5-hour journey still ahead, I found that none of the keys would open the residence's main door. No one answered the bell or the phone, so I had to head back home. Earlier, I’d booked a room in advance, confirmed by phone that I was coming because I had a wedding nearby, and collected the key at the agreed time since check-in wasn't available after 10 p.m. When I called the next morning to explain what happened, the response was unsettlingly calm about a customer being left to sleep outside. A horrible experience. I can't recommend it.

At 3 a.m., after the band and technical crew had finished a concert, we ended up putting five people in three single beds. We'd booked three rooms several days ahead, but the room key wouldn't open any door in the guesthouse. They didn't answer the phone, even in an emergency. Simply ridiculous, completely irresponsible and careless. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
