The room and hotel were spotless, and breakfast had lots to choose from. The main woman running the place was lovely and easy to talk to. Two of the other three staff, though, seemed irritated whenever we needed anything, with eye rolls and annoyed sighs that made us feel like a bother. We would have rated it five stars otherwise, but if we return to the island, we'll stay somewhere else.

The hosts were warm and helpful, and could drive you up to the caldera. For Corvo, this is a really good value place to stay. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with good insulation, and there was a shared sitting room and patio. The only small drawback was that Wi-Fi got weak the farther you were from the kitchen and living room.

There was a cute goat across the street, which made the stay more fun, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The place was clean and the staff friendly. The air conditioning and the room phone both failed, and we couldn't reach the advertised 24-hour customer support for help. Still, a great, convenient two-star hotel.

Our host was wonderful, and his fascinating life and tips on what to see and where to hike on Corvo made the stay special. The room was spacious, very clean, and opened onto a terrace with ocean and volcano views. This was our best experience in los Azores, and a great place to stay in every way.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. Our hosts were so welcoming and even gave us free rides to the hotel and up to the volcano. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
