Someone on our team left her watch at checkout, and the hotel helped us right away, then shipped it back to me quickly and smoothly. We really appreciated that kind of customer service. Friendly staff and great service at this fantastic hotel. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

We had a drink at the bar but didn’t try the food. The room was very clean, small as is typical for Ibis, but there was enough floor space for two medium checked suitcases. The bathroom was a really nice size, with a large walk-in shower, and the internet was very fast. We appreciated being given an available room early at check-in. It was quiet even though it faced a side street, and the windows open, which is nice. The hotel is north of the main area, but sits between two subway stations with direct service downtown. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great stay!

We found El Corte Inglés within walking distance, handy for shopping or a quick bite. The hotel is clean and well cared for, and breakfast was good, just what we needed in the morning. The metro is very close and takes only about five minutes to reach downtown. We also walked to the city’s most exclusive shopping street in roughly 20 minutes, and it was worth it. We stayed four days and had a great time. A comfortable, solid base for exploring Lisbon, without anything overly fancy.

The people were kind, and breakfast was a great way to start the day, especially the pastel de nata's 🥰. Like other Ibis hotels, this one felt neat and clean. I think it’s close to the center, though honestly I can’t quite say where the center is. I’d stay here again if I came back to Lissabon.
