The apartments are recent and well equipped, and local services are easy to find. The condo has a decent pool, but Manta Rota’s sunny beach is the real highlight. It’s close to the beach and right by the main access in Manta Rota.

I stayed in unit L. It’s peaceful and laid-back, just right for unwinding. The beach is close enough to walk to. There’s a pool for adults and children, plus an outdoor barbecue and dining table.

Apartment Z, managed by Duda, was a great base. Duda provided excellent service, and the apartments are well equipped and nicely located. The pool area is lovely, and there’s a nearby butcher with excellent meats and prepared foods, handy for a barbecue. Manta Rota beach is spectacular, with fine sand and clear water stretching for several kilometers.

The beach is about 10 minutes away, with a mini market only 5 minutes off and some good restaurants nearby. The house is huge, comfortable, quiet, and very well equipped. It also has a pool and free indoor parking.
