Robinson Quinta da Ria Hotel

We arrived with my wife after travelling there for a reservation that had already been confirmed through an Odisseias voucher. Then we were told the hotel doesn’t work with Odisseias. That was extremely frustrating. The duty manager handled it poorly. Communication was unclear, and no suitable solution was offered at the time. My wife was seven months pregnant, but nobody showed care or concern for our situation. We eventually found somewhere else to stay, but the whole experience was stressful and uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves how it handles this process and similar situations for future guests.

We were a group of 49 at Robinson Group in Faro, and the staff made everything run smoothly, even with so many of us. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The buffet was consistently excellent, with fresh oysters, beautifully prepared salmon, and plenty of high-quality vegetarian choices to suit different tastes. We were very happy with the food and hospitality, and I’d highly recommend Robinson Group.

We’re only three days into a 14-night stay, and it’s already disappointing. If you’re British, I’d avoid it. Other guests have asked us, “How did you book this, it’s a German resort?” That’s not what you expect to hear. It’s all inclusive, but you may have to queue for a table at meals, if you can get one. We booked a deluxe room, but it isn’t one. At least the weather is lovely.

We had a really nice week’s vacation. The gym is awesome, the pool area is lovely, the food is really good, and the staff are incredible. Rupesh in the dining area was the best. Some of the equipment could use an update to match the hotel’s level, but it all worked fine.
