Casa Cervo Artes

I never actually stayed there, but this was a really bad experience. After looking at options on Booking, I made a reservation and everything seemed fine. We later decided to go with more people, with plenty of notice, so I called to ask whether that would be possible and what to do about the booking. The woman suggested I cancel through Booking and book directly with her. When I offered to pay a deposit, she said I could pay on the day because she risked me not showing up. I said again that I was happy to pay a deposit and the rest on the day, since we really wanted the booking. Three days before the trip, I tried calling with a few questions, including whether we could add one more person and what the address was. She didn't answer at first. She called back, but I missed it, and I left a message saying I'd call later. Then she sent me a message saying she hoped I wasn't calling about the booking, since I'd cancelled and she'd opened the house up again, and someone had booked it through Booking. I hadn't cancelled. So I was left without a place to stay. She also said I'd called to say we weren't coming because the weather wouldn't be good. We were going because we had a commitment there on Sunday, regardless of the weather. She suggested we come another day and said she could accommodate us, but I'd planned everything for those specific dates. I don't want to lay out every detail here, but this kind of thing could happen to others too. It's really upsetting when you've planned everything and this happens. A very bad experience, even without ever staying there.

The hostess was incredibly friendly, and getting settled in was easy. We had everything we needed in the apartment, with plenty of parking too. The city center is only a two-minute walk away. 100% recommended.

It’s spacious, tastefully decorated and well looked after. The only little thing I’d suggest is adding a hook for wet bath towels. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The renovation is so stylish, I don't think I could have done it better. The apartment looks fantastic. Many congratulations.
