We arrived and never got fresh towels, and the room wasn’t cleaned. There’s no food, the rooms look kind of ugly, and the service is really bad. The Wi-Fi is awful too. Don’t stay here. I mean it, the Wi-Fi is horrible.

We stayed here because it was close to Bosque Encantado, where we went for dinner, so the location worked well for us. The room was spacious and even had a fridge; the bathroom was spacious too, and the service was friendly. We didn’t hear noise from the other rooms. For local accommodation, it was good. The towels could be better, and the dust should be cleaned off the lamps.

The location is a little far from everything, though with a car it’s only five minutes from the center of Trofa. The owner welcomed me warmly and kept checking that everything was all right. The room was an excellent size, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. I’d recommend it 100%.
