Hotel Vincci Ponte de Ferro

The views were stunning, the food was excellent and the service felt five-star. We had an amazing time, and the price was fair. The location is GREAT, and I'd highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I'd complain about is the gym, which is very small. Still, I had an amazing stay.

I was enjoying the room and the service, and the other staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. I would have rated the stay 10/10, but one employee spoiled the whole visit and my trip to Portugal. On 28th of April 2026, the woman working at the bar by reception was rude to me and, I felt, treated me differently because of my race. I went over to look closely at the pastries and opened the drawer to see what else the hotel offered. She reprimanded me, told me not to touch anything, and seemed to suggest I couldn't afford a pastel de nata for 1.50 euro and might steal one because of my tanned brown skin. Afterward, I sat outside with my brother and saw her being cheerful and friendly with other white tourists. We're paying guests, and being spoken to that way over pastries was humiliating. I've never felt so humiliated, and it ruined my trip and my view of the hotel and franchise. Treating non-white guests like scum is unacceptable. I won't recommend any Vincci hotels if this is how they treat us.

I felt truly looked after here. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and a sense that everything had been arranged with care. The staff deserve special thanks for being kind, quick to respond and ready to help in any situation. It's people like them who make a stay special. Thank you for all your care and support!!!❤️

The hotel has its own lift for guests to travel between the bridge's lower and upper decks, and there's a restaurant, wine bar and skybar on site. The view of the spectacular bridge is beautiful, and the location is great. Staff are really helpful and nice.
