Room 302 had a fantastic balcony view, and the hotel’s location was ideal. The modern room had glass, marble, and wooden floors, and a delicious glass of port was waiting for us. Clara gave us spot-on suggestions for Porto restaurants and sights. The service was warm and helpful. It’s a small hotel, but has all the amenities you could ask for. We had a quiet, cozy getaway, and the AC was there to keep the room warm or cool as needed.

The staff were amazing and made our stay even better. The location is just a minute from the Vila Nova de Gaia river, and you can walk to plenty of restaurants and Port wineries. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. There’s room for two people in separate twin beds or for a couple with the beds joined together. One thing to know: getting wheeled luggage down the many staircases is difficult, so I’d recommend taking a taxi to or from the hotel. I’d also suggest adding a light in the shower. The dark tiles make it hard to see at night.

My wife and I loved the location, close to the river and bridge and within walking distance of some tourist spots. Carla was very accommodating and helped us figure out where to go around the area. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The breakfast that came with the booking was simple but filling, and the staff were great about keeping in touch. I found this charming little place online. The room's decor was lovely, though the shower area could use a light: with the dark brown tiles, it gets dim at night. We had two twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but it made the room feel smaller.
