The setting was quiet even though the property is close to the center of Lagoa. We especially liked the gardens, which were beautifully kept, and there was plenty of light on the paths at night from motion-sensor lights without disturbing other apartments. Our private pod was clean and well maintained, with a spacious bathroom and a kitchen set up for making meals. The master bed was very large and comfortable, and they thoughtfully added a bed in the living room for our daughter; there’s also a pull-out couch there. The grounds include a pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, laundry, and hot tub. Staff were welcoming and wonderful. We spent our last two vacation nights here this week and were really impressed. We’ll be back.

The modern decor was nice, and the place was comfortable, clean, and quiet in a very convenient location. The staff were always around to help. There’s a small children’s pool too, which was great for our 2.5-year-old. We’d definitely recommend it.

A lovely peaceful spot, with birds and frogs about all you can hear. The homes were cosy and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful, with a jacuzzi and a small pool. The restaurant was great, and the owner and his mom were helpful and nice. It’s also well placed for getting around to the island’s attractions.

We had a great base for exploring the rest of São Miguel. My wife and I liked having a stocked kitchen, daily housekeeping that was attentive, and a pool and jacuzzi. There’s also a restaurant on site, and the place sits in the center of the island.
