I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. The internet didn’t work, and breakfast was basically nonexistent, just one piece of toast. Now I see why it was included. The woman working at breakfast refused to speak any English, and “no” seemed to be the only word she knew. You could call this place “Hotel No!” What a waste of money. Never again. Go somewhere else, anywhere would be better than this poor excuse for a hotel.

It’s a nice, clean hotel with a big pool. A little dated, but still nice. I can recommend it. Thank you for your service.

Our room was spacious, but it wasn’t well insulated. There was only coffee, no tea, and I had to pay 2€ at the bar just to get a cup of hot water. The restaurant also had only one dinner option. We chose this hotel partly for the pool, then found it was under maintenance for all three days of our stay. There was no notice on the website, and when we asked at the desk, the staff weren’t very helpful and made us feel we had no reason to complain. With the pool unavailable without warning, I expected the staff to be more cordial. The building is large, but the place didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, more like a motel. It didn’t meet our expectations, and I kind of regret choosing it.

We stayed here for one night on our trip through Portugal. The bed and the rest of the room were old but relatively clean and okay. The bathroom, though, was in terrible shape and had mold. Breakfast was inadequate, with a small selection, no vegetables, and reluctant service. I’d skip it.
