We stayed from January 9 to 11, 2021, during lockdown, and this was the best choice for that period. The place gave us privacy and had a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cable TV. Parking outside was easy to access, and Glovo delivery was available in the area, with several restaurants and other services. There were some drawbacks. Although there was heating, it took a long time and never got fully warm. The 49L hot water tank only covered one shower. With the oven, stove, extractor fan, heating, and TV on, the low-capacity meter tripped and the power went out. A broom or mop would’ve been useful, and it would be good to have a Tripadvisor page where future guests could share experiences. Scores, on a scale of 1 to 4: host 3, amenities 3, cleanliness 4, comfort 3, value 3, location 3, room quietness 4, bed comfort 3, ease of getting the keys on arrival 4.

Free parking is easy to find along the street by the ravine, though the trees there drop leaves and a sticky substance that stains cars, so another spot may be better. The apartment itself is spacious, new, quiet, and peaceful, with pleasant decor and everything well equipped. It’s in the historic center, with restaurants, shops, and a large shopping center nearby. The woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful.

Spotlessly clean, with an incredible, friendly and approachable owner. It’s right in the city center, close to lots of shops, the walkways and waterfall, and the university.

A really well cared-for place, perfect for a few days with the family. The terrace is wonderful. It exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be back soon.
