The customer service was the best part, but I left quite disappointed. The outside areas weren't clean, and the pool looked really dirty, even though it was April and should have been kept clean. Breakfast was okay, but although hot food was advertised, there wasn't any. In Room 107 the shower's rolling door was broken and its hinges felt very poorly secured, so I didn't feel safe. The sink was cracked too.

The staff were friendly, open-minded and always ready to help. My shower was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn't work well. There was also a bad smell, apparently because of the nearby Factory of Biotek.

The river view was lovely, and the location worked well for doing the PR4 and PR9 rotas de Conhal. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. We liked the good breakfast too, and the staff were nice.

The shower pressure was amazing. I also really appreciated how kind and accommodating reception was: they waited late for me after I took the wrong train and ended up in the town.

The view was stunning, and parking was easy. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with a pool and sunbeds available. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
