10/10
We stayed in a ground-floor two-bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and high-quality rooms. Breakfast had a good range, and the omelettes were made to order by a guy who never smiles but does a good job. Staff were generally great and the rooms were made up well. There were a decent number of activities too. We had a nine-seater van for my disabled mother-in-law, and they gave us a dedicated parking space that worked perfectly.

Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and the apartments were great. The kids loved it, so it worked perfectly for a family holiday. We enjoyed the pools and beach bars, and the breakfast buffet too, especially the pancakes.

8/10
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and did everything they could to make our week pleasant. The beds and mattresses were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows that weren't paper thin. The pool was nice, though not as warm as we'd hoped, which mattered since we booked in winter mainly for that. The hotel was clean and tidy, but very dated. Room appliances seemed to be from the 1990s. The washing machine even said it was made in WEST Germany. We couldn't work the dishwasher because it was so old, and its heavy door dropped onto my leg and left a bruise. The location wasn't great either. That's entirely our fault, but it's not walkable to anything and it's a long way from the beach.

The staff were caring and kind, and looked after our family really well. They even arranged breakfast for us when we had an early start. A great place to stay with family.

The themed dinner nights were a highlight for us, with different cuisines to try and live cooking that was delicious. The pools were lovely, and the new fountains were great. My three-year-old absolutely loved the stay. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, always willing to do more. The Four Seasons was beautifully clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.
