Vilamoura Garden Hotel- Adu

We really enjoyed our stay at Vilarouma Garden Hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choices each day, and the little pool was quite adequate for a hotel of this size. Our room was comfortable, with very cozy beds. The bathroom could do with a bit of updating. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. The location worked well for us, within walking distance of restaurants and golf, with the beach 2.5 km away and a free shuttle available.

It's in a good, quiet area, clean, and only five minutes by car from the marina. The building feels old, though, and the furniture is mediocre. The bathroom is small and old too, and breakfast was average. A decent choice for a very short stay, around two days.

The ground-floor room was noisy from the reception, bar, and sofa area, and a door separating the rooms would help. Apart from that, this is a lovely small hotel in a quieter spot. The rooms are nice, staff were helpful with questions, and there's free Wi-Fi and a good variety at breakfast. We had one evening meal there too, and it was amazing. The pool is on the small side but still usable. The free shuttle from 'The Hilton', a one-minute walk away, was handy for getting to the marina or beach.

A nice place with a good pool and lovely staff, especially Tiago, who was a brilliant waiter and helped us so much with vegetarian food. Some guests were really noisy, though, and reception didn't want to get involved.
