My friends had booked seven rooms, and I came to join them. Even though I was willing to pay, they wouldn’t let me in. The hospitality was horrible.

They didn’t clean the rooms, and the service was terrible. The people there shouted at us and were very disrespectful.

The staff seemed completely unprofessional. Don’t go here! ((

The accommodation itself has very good facilities, and the woman who welcomed us was super friendly. There are a few things that could be better. The snooker table needs a larger space around it, since there isn’t enough room to use the cue properly where it is now. The breakfast could also include some local products instead of just supermarket items. The pool is seasonal, as Booking says, but the listing doesn’t explain when it’s open. When we booked, it said the pool was open, though that wasn’t the case. We mentioned this in person and suggest sorting it out with Booking so guests don’t arrive with the wrong expectation, as we did.

It’s a quiet, lovely place to unwind, and everything feels carefully looked after. Even the pool is heated! Since it’s quite remote and breakfast is the only option, having a car is useful. We’d definitely recommend it. 💖
