The facilities have everything you could need, and the staff are so friendly and helpful that you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Viseu.

The layout made the hostel really accommodating, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There was also a multipurpose room for studying or relaxing, plus washing and drying machines. The rooms were clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was great, and they'd still bring food if you arrived late. It's next to a great restaurant with an amazing view of the park, where you can use the football and volleyball fields. Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in.

For the price, this was very good. I booked a private room with a couple's bed and bathroom. It was spotless, huge for what it cost, and had a very good bed. They cleaned every day, included a simple but good breakfast, and all the staff were lovely. There's no private car garage, but plenty of free parking very close to the entrance. I'd say it's comparable to a four-star hotel, only cheaper. Tip: don't book through booking, trivago, or other sites. Find the official website on Google, as it'll be much cheaper!

We were so glad to spend four days here. Everything was super neat and well organized, with a real community feel. The staff were warm and lovely, always ready to help and greet you with big, genuine smiles. The vegetarian food was really good, too. Thanks for the awesome service!

The people were amazing, from the great welcome to all the helpful tips and guidance around the city. We hadn't planned to eat dinner at the Pousada, but it turned out to be our best decision. The food was simple, fresh, and really tasty, and the chef was wonderful. A full dinner cost us just €8 each!
