For the price, it was okay, but the bed was like a rock. I only slept there one night, and it was lucky I had to get up at 6am, since I'd wanted to sleep until 8am. If you like a very hard mattress, this might suit you. The blanket was scratchy wool, not a nice, light, warm comforter. Breakfast was poor: I think there were six slices of salami on the plate and one bread option, with no eggs or bacon. The machine coffee was barely warm and went down like water, so I stopped on my way home for hot coffee and food. There are no coffee shops near the hotel. The parking garage is like a dungeon and an obstacle course, so I'd park on the street. Something white dripped from the ceiling and stuck to my car's paint. I had to polish it three times to remove it. I'm not coming back, but thanks for the experience. There are ashtrays on the balcony, which suggests smoking is okay there. Smokers used them but smoked with the door open, and I could smell it. My sinuses get dry whenever I'm exposed to smoke. I believe the room I chose was non-smoking, so do they really allow people to smoke in the building?

The location was perfect, close enough to walk to all the sights and very near one of the public parks. Our room was on a side street, so it was absolutely quiet. I had a spacious twin room with plenty of room in the private bathroom. The decor has a comfortable mid-century feel, and the staff were nice and accommodating. There's private parking in a garage. Breakfast is simple but filling, and you can ask for more if you're still hungry. I'd stay again!

The hotel is old but well looked after, and the mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the cleaning was good. The front desk woman's service could be much better: she often wasn't around during the day, and when she was there, she wasn't nice.

On our N2 bike trip in April, we stayed here and were allowed to keep our bikes in the room. The rooms were OK, and the rooftop breakfast area had plenty of food choices. The pillows were poor quality, which is why I'm giving it 4*.

We came across the hotel by chance. It's walkable, and having a garage to park the car was a plus. The rooms are adequate. Our heater ran constantly, and in the morning we saw the unit outside was frozen solid. Maybe it needs some maintenance.
