The property felt wonderfully private, with forest all around, yet town was an easy walk away. The house itself was cozy and beautiful, and we had a relaxing week there that we didn’t want to end. I’d hoped for three years to return to my father’s town, where I spent a lot of my childhood, so I contacted property manager Ana to book a week at Quinta das Lamas for the end of November 2021. She was very kind and helpful. Fatima, who looks after the property, was sweet and down to earth. The owner was staying in the big house at the time and sent a welcome message, offering help with anything we needed. We hope to come back soon and stay longer.
