We booked based on earlier reviews, but were very disappointed. The reception upholstery and carpets looked dirty, and our room was in much the same state. The towels were dingy and old, with holes in some of them. The sink and shower stoppers kept coming loose, and the toilet paper holder was fitted badly, so the paper slid off. We told the man at the front desk, but nothing was fixed. When we asked politely about it, he became enraged and rude, and gave us death stares.

I keep staying here. It’s in a quiet area, near a convenient metro station and the airport, and you can walk to Campo Pequeno, Saldanha, El Corte Ingles and the heart of Lisbon. Breakfast is good and the staff are attentive, very much IHG quality.

The room wasn’t serviced on any of the days we got back around 3. Aside from that, it’s a good basic hotel with nice rooms and a handy location. Uber rides to the tourist areas are easy and cheap, and it’s about 10 minutes from the airport. There’s a great shopping center nearby with an amazing food court, plus an excellent Italian restaurant close by. Breakfast was fine, with a cappuccino machine, crossings and fresh for me.

The staff made our stay memorable. Everyone, from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping teams, was friendly, thoughtful and attentive. Diogo at reception deserves a special mention for his kindness and professionalism from day one. Thank you, Diogo! The hotel is in Saldanha, close to shopping, restaurants and major transport links, making it a useful base for exploring Lisbon. Facilities were modern and well maintained, and the cozy courtyard was a quiet place to unwind. Breakfast was complimentary, with lots of sweet and savory choices. Having on-site parking was especially handy for loading and unloading luggage.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including extra blankets. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location made it easy to reach what we needed for our Lisbon trip. The breakfast may be the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel!
