It’s a shame, because the view and location are great, and with some work this could be one of Palau’s better hotels. The interior needs updating, the pool needs to be kept clean, and the restaurant and bars should be open. My room was OK, but the bed was hard as a rock, and the internet was spotty at best. The staff were very nice, and I hope they can turn things around. From what I saw, there were maybe 30-40 rooms, but I was one of the only guests. It wouldn’t surprise me if the place went out of business after I leave. Based on earlier positive reviews, I’m guessing management may have changed recently. It just didn’t feel like they cared.

The team were always available to explain things and offer advice on getting around, and our rooms were huge with amazing views. Everything was well organized and comfortable. Breakfast was a little poor, maybe, but it was still a wonderful place to stay. And please, visit PALAU!

I was in Palau for meetings and had this hotel recommended to me. It’s not super luxurious, but by Palauan standards it was quite fine, one of the better ones. The rooms are spacious, the staff were very nice, and they organized everything I needed with a smile.
