The staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I needed something. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and very well looked after, with clean, comfortable rooms that made it easy to unwind after exploring. I really enjoyed my week here. The location also made it easy to explore the surroundings, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, pleasant stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and took care of excursions, restaurant bookings, and laundry. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the panoramic view made it even nicer. My room was large, elegant, and comfortable. The ocean view was worth choosing, with Palau's vibrant, breathtaking sunsets right outside. The bathroom was spotless, hot water was always reliable, and good quality toiletries, clean towels, and beach towels were provided. We'd happily return and highly recommend Ocean Star Hotel ❤️

The reception team and all the staff were very kind and helpful. They arranged tours, restaurant bookings, and laundry. Breakfast had a good variety, and the view over Palau made it special. The room was spacious and luxurious, just like the pictures. The room options are all great, though I'd recommend booking an ocean view room to watch Palau's colorful, stunning sunsets from your room. The bathroom was very clean with hot water available 24/7, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body gel were high quality and free to use. Towels and beach towels were always provided too. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend Ocean Star Hotel 🤩✨

Chinese. The rooms are quite large, but the hotel is adequate rather than nice. I'd definitely choose a sea-view room with a balcony, not one facing the other building. Breakfast is limited, with few food options and no espresso.

We'd just come back from 8 nights. The kitchen and dining area were a highlight: Chef and her colleague were fantastic, with excellent food, service, and friendly manner. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was spotless, and the other staff were friendly and attentive, though language was a problem. When I approached one receptionist, she immediately indicated that she spoke no English. Most signs, including our check-in documents, were in Chinese. On arrival, we were told the credit card machine wasn't working and had to pay for the accommodation in cash up front. In the end, we arranged a trip to the local bakery, where we paid by credit card. A bit dodgy...
