The breakfast was awful, with dry bread and bad coffee. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in by far. After one night I moved somewhere else. Not worth the money or the effort.

Absolutely awful. Just the worst.

The air conditioning was ancient and didn't work, and the elevator was out of order. Fittings were coming off the walls. Poor.

A low-grade, average hotel.

The building is old, though it used to be a landmark of the capital. It's a nice spot if you just want to relax and take photos. Breakfast is hearty, and if you're not too fussy, staying there is pleasant.
