Alula Hotel Encarnacion

The breakfast was the one part I didn't enjoy. It was very basic, with little variety, so I can't give the stay a perfect score. We had a room on the 11th floor, and the river views stretched all the way around. Even the bathroom had a view, which was a great surprise. The room and bathroom were both huge and spotless, and the giant bed was really comfortable, with lovely pillows and blankets. I also liked the remote curtains and gentle lighting when it was time to relax. Getting around was easy from this location, and the free parking and sense of security were reassuring. Check-in and checkout were quick. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming, and when I asked ahead of time about having visitors, they even messaged us on WhatsApp while we were out to confirm. A thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea from the start. Despite the breakfast, the comfort, cleanliness, views, and attentive staff made this a hotel I'd recommend.

The rooms were so cute, and that view is gorgeous. We loved the delicious breakfast and the lovely service. Everything looked beautiful, and we felt so welcomed by the kindness and attention. We fell for this hotel and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything! ❤️

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the hotel even left us complimentary mineral water every day. On our last day, they also gave us a chocolate to thank us for staying. The staff were so welcoming, and the hotel is attached to a great shopping center with lots of stores. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. Opening the curtains gave us a partial view of Encarnacion. Everything felt spotless and well maintained, and we appreciated the cleanliness and security. My wife and I loved our stay. It was the best hotel we've ever stayed in, and we hope to return soon.

We'd happily stay here again. The superior room was roomy and comfortable, with everything we needed and even more, and the waterfront views were incredible. The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. Free parking, a convenient location, and access to a free Smart Fit gym were nice extras. Breakfast at Sushi Club was delicious, too. The shower was the one problem: it was hard to get a steady temperature, with the water coming out either very hot or very cold. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
