Savoy

We loved our stay and will be back! The rooms were excellent, the food was great, and the staff were friendly. Service was impeccable. Thank you!

The breakfast was good, and the bed, room, and location were the main reasons for the two stars. The room and bed were super comfortable when I stayed with my girlfriend, but there wasn't much privacy between the bed and toilet. The Wi-Fi didn't work all day, which is a shame for a five-star hotel. Some staff could use training in how to treat customers, from the way they looked at us to how they answered. The receptionist tried to charge us extra for arriving early, though she had never told us there'd be a charge. Check the bill before paying.

The location is great, with the Costanera just across the street for some fresh air, and the beds were really comfortable. Savoy is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was fine, with fresh fruit and really good coffee. A few things could be better for the price. I didn't see vegan or gluten-free options for special diets. The orange juice was a very strong, artificial-tasting Quattro brand, though the other juices were natural and okay. Room service took almost an hour to bring my French fries, and they were overcooked, nearly brown. I think the food and service could be improved a bit.

A nice, clean, friendly place for a family stay. Breakfast and the other services were very, very good.
