The room was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. It felt like a proper resort, and the food, especially breakfast, was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter Ahkmad and breakfast waiter mohammed were both so kind and helpful, and we really appreciated their service. One thing to know before you go: bring your physical ID, not a copy. After 7, you can’t use the bar terrace without it, which is the best part. The staff were helpful about it, but it’s useful to know ahead of time.

I’ve been here four times now, and I still don’t think there’s another place in Qatar with the same feel. It’s a great break from Doha, and you don’t need to be into kite surfing to enjoy it. There’s a gym, padel courts, a pool, beach and outdoor cinema. The food is excellent too. Half-board is worth booking for the generous dinner set menu. Ozodbek was lovely at dinner and even came up with creative drinks. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve had; Mohammed made our mornings especially nice.

We weren’t sure what to expect, but the welcome from everyone made us feel at home, like we were among friends. The staff in the restaurant, especially Mohammed and his colleagues, took such good care of us. The food was superb, the rooms were amazing, and we couldn’t fault the hotel facilities. Our pool man was great, too. It’s a bit out of the way, but the trip is worth it. Thank you to everyone.

The staff were phenomenal, so friendly and accommodating. Ozedbek looked after us at dinner and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The portions are huge, so half-board is definitely worth considering. This was my second visit, and there’s plenty to do even if you’re not kite surfing, including the gym, outdoor cinema, pool and beach. The location is lovely, and the food is excellent. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with fresh, good-quality food and no corners cut.
