Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha

The coffee could be better, but breakfast was great and the room had everything I needed. Whenever I needed anything else, reception was easy to reach. The room was spotless, and the lobby always smelled lovely. Neima at breakfast was professional and lovely, and most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I couldn’t find anything bad about Riviera Rayhaan. The location was great, close to Meteo Station, Main Mosque, and Lulu Hypermart. A 10/10 stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to solo female travelers.

Dinner at BBQ Night was the best, and the food went well beyond what I expected. The view was lovely too. The waiters and chefs gave excellent service, and I want to thank Chef John Michael Canete, Rabbi, Ananda, and Nazrul. My seat was windy and very cold, but they noticed and kindly brought fire over from the opposite side to my table. It was a small gesture, but it made me feel cared for and very satisfied. Thanks, chef, for the help. I was comfortable and had my best dinner there.

The bed was really comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. We had a couple of problems with the room, but they were sorted out adequately. Arun, Mohammed, and Pappu gave great customer service. Mohammed and Pappu deserve a special mention for being so helpful and always smiling. They made our stay much better and are a real asset to Riviera Rayhaan.

The housekeeping team kept our two-bedroom suite spotless every day, with great attention to detail, and were discreet, efficient, and professional. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with excellent bedding and everything we needed. A very pleasant stay, and I’d highly recommend the hotel for its comfort and housekeeping.
