La Villa Inn Hotel Apartments

The way Mr.Mohammed Ali handled our booking was really upsetting. We had reserved one room, but because we arrived 30 minutes late under a rule on the paper that we hadn't known about, he told us our booking had been switched to another guest after midnight. He then gave us a double bed, which we hadn't chosen. When I politely asked why he was being rude, he kept speaking rudely. He even threatened us by saying we could call the manager if we weren't satisfied, and took the job tag off his coat so we could read and remember his name when raising the issue. I asked if our treatment was different because we are Africans, since other guests seemed to be treated differently. He said he didn't care about Africa. Management should look into this. Africans going there, take the risk for yourself. Until Mohammed is moved from reception, I'm done with Lavilla. I'll take my small 200 money where it's appreciated. I'm very disappointed.

Our stay at La Villa was clean, peaceful, and well organized. Dipak deserves a mention for being attentive, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. His professionalism made the stay better. Thank you, La Villa!

Thanks to Sir Allan at reception for taking care of us so nicely. He was polite and professional, and we had a nice stay.

Mr.Mohummad Ali, the night duty receptionist, was patient and helped me with my late check-in. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
