The room was clean and well organized, and the service was fast and efficient. The staff at Aline are welcoming, good and humble. Kudos to both the housekeeping and front office teams. Keep up the standard! 👏 👍 👌 💪 🙌

Neat, clean, and the best hotel for that price. Big thanks to Mr. Kamal and Raju, you guys are the future of this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions. Still, the room needed attention: it wasn’t as clean as it should have been, there was no tea, and the chair was uncomfortable with one broken leg, which felt like a safety concern. I was also surprised they wanted extra money for early check-in when I arrived only an hour before the usual time. The place has potential, but better room upkeep and customer service would improve the stay.

We stayed on the ninth floor for four days. I asked them to clean the room and they said it would be done in 10 minutes, but it never got cleaned. Really disgusting service.

The rooms were comfortable and peaceful, and the staff were very nice. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal Sheikh, the duty manager, for being so helpful in every way. The hotel’s service was very good. I’d give it 9/10.
