The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little dated and smell somewhat stuffy, but they're perfectly liveable and the location is good. On our last night, pool maintenance started at midnight. Our room was right beside the pool, so it was very disruptive. Reception acted quickly and moved us, though moving rooms at 1am wasn't ideal. I'm not sure why we were put next to the pool when they knew night maintenance was planned.

I arrived late in the evening, hungry, and found the All Day Dining, SILK ROAD restaurant on the Ground level. The food was amazing, and the Employees were very friendly. Chef Karan made me a spectacular vegetarian curry. I've travelled quite often and can be picky about smells, but the beautifully decorated room was spacious and had amazing facilities. I highly recommend it.

I felt right at home here. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, and room service was speedy. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping especially surprised me with how well they did. Kelyim and Rambah made lovely towel designs every day. Thanks to everyone for such a pleasant stay 🫶🏻

Ramzi's kindness, patience, and professionalism made a real difference to my stay. He was attentive and ready to help, and always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The service was excellent. Staff like Ramzi reflect well on how the hotel treats its guests and maintains its standards. I appreciate his effort and hope the hotel continues to have such caring, dedicated people on the team. Chef Karan and the food and beverage team, Anita, Arbab, Basanta, Mitzie, Ronnie, Sunita, and Srijana, made a demanding work trip easier. They learned my name and what I needed early on, and took thoughtful care of meals when my schedule made them hard to coordinate. Their attention made the days smoother and more meaningful. I also saw Ramzi each day at the gym and pool. He checked in, made sure I had what I needed, and helped create a welcoming place to unwind and keep up my routine. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and comfortable. At reception, Job gave me a warm welcome at check-in, and the whole team, especially Houssem, stayed friendly, attentive, and professional. My extended stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Doha – Al Sadd truly felt like home. I’ll be back, and look forward to seeing the team again.
