I paid 200 QAR and was given Room 501 after a check-in that took almost half an hour. I arrived at about 6:00 PM on February 9, 2026, and left at 10:00 PM. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned or made ready: it smelled strongly of cigarettes, there were strands of Asian hair on the floor, and the bed linen was dirty. There were no slippers or tissues either. I stayed only to finish my business. When I told the man at the front desk at checkout that the room was dirty, he was dismissive instead of apologizing. He asked, "Did I give you the room?" and said I should have come down to complain right away. That response made an already unacceptable stay worse. A guest shouldn't be assigned an unclean room, and I won't be coming back because of both the condition of the room and the staff member's rude behavior.

The bathroom pipes and floors are very old and haven't been replaced. This feels like a partitioned room in a villa, not a hotel. Check-in was at 2 o'clock, but when I arrived there was no room. The staff got angry when I asked about it and don't know how to treat customers. They need training.

Room service was handled by a gentleman I also want to thank. And special thanks to Mr Monshed, Mr Kennedy and Mr Ismail. They were genuinely helpful and sincere, and it was lovely meeting such nice people.

The location was really good, but the bathroom smelled awful and there was mold on the ceiling with water dripping from it. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're desperate.

I had an issue earlier, and after I complained, Alan at reception helped me and reassured me it wouldn't happen again. He's a good worker and gave excellent customer service.
