The housekeeping team kept the rooms beautifully clean and orderly, and they were professional, organized, and easy to work with. Mr. Moniem and Mrs. Tapiwa deserve a special thank you for their care, upbeat attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile. They made a real difference. The whole hotel feels carefully designed and well maintained, with comfort and quality throughout. I felt relaxed and at home from arrival. For me, the stay was a complete lifestyle experience, and I’d happily recommend it and come back.

The housekeeping team made a big place like this feel spotless. Mr Moneim, supervisor house keeping from Jiten team, kept our house spic and span, and I was really impressed with the service. The rooms are big and clean too. Lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

The weekly cleaning is the worst part. The team seems to do something different wrong each time: towels may not be changed or left in the right number, floors and dust get missed, and sometimes the sheets aren't changed or the bed isn't made. Some of my belongings have also gone missing, including one thing with emotional value that can't be replaced. If you have valuables, hide them well. I've lived here for a few months and things keep getting worse. Maintenance only fixes about half the problems, and the humidity on our walls has been there for four months. Each time someone comes, they just paint over it again, which obviously doesn't fix it. I'm very disappointed and upset. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ms. Shwe Sin made breakfast at Oro Restaurant memorable. Her warm welcome and calm, caring manner made us feel valued from the start, and she communicated with real attentiveness and professionalism. She brought warmth to the service and left us with a heartfelt impression. She's a wonderful asset to the team.
