We had a great trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt cozy. The housekeeping team worked hard and were very helpful, especially nadeesha, who was so decent and hardworking. Everyone was kind and accommodating, and the location was ideal for the things we wanted to see.

Agnes and Hamayna took care of most of our housekeeping, and they were meticulous and very helpful. Jafar and Joseph also made us feel at home. The views are amazing, and the place itself is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were great, and I’d recommend staying here.

A month after checking out of Katara Hills Hotel, I realized I’d left my camera and bag behind and contacted the hotel. To my relief, everything had been kept safe, with nothing missing. Susmita Roy was so kind and professional through the whole process, and she went out of her way to help us. The honesty and care were impressive, and it made the situation stress-free. Highly recommend, and thank you for looking after my things.

I usually barely spend time in a hotel room, but here I didn’t want to leave. Our private villa was beautiful, and the pool temperature was just right for the weather. Every detail was taken care of, from choosing pillows to having breakfast brought to the villa, with an in-house butler too. Fatma arranged everything before we arrived, Leila looked after us each day, and Nicolas, our favorite in-room dining delivery guy, always came with the warmest smile. The food from in-room dining was delicious. Gumkhana restaurant is lovely and relaxed, though breakfast can take a while since it’s prepared individually and served plated. Great for families too, I just wish my kids had been with me. A stay for a special splurge.
