I’m really disappointed. I left my white Samsung Galaxy Buds in room 107 yesterday, I’m completely sure they were on the bed. I tried calling the hotel first, but no one answered. I sent a message through Booking, and they took a while to reply. Now they say the cleaner didn’t find anything, but I know I left them there. Please return them. They mean a lot to me, and I’ll try to come back tomorrow. I feel the hotel is being strict about this, but not honest about things guests leave behind. Thank you.

This was my first bad experience of this kind in Qatar. I’m sure I left my original Samsung earbuds in room 107, and I’m disappointed that the hotel says they weren’t found. I still believe they were there. I won’t trust this hotel again.

There were flies around the tables and dishes, which was disgusting. We also had a bad experience with the Lebanese waiter taking customer requests. She treated Lebanese people well, both locals and foreigners, but was racist toward us. I plan to raise the issue with the Qatar government. This deserves less than one star.

Faris, the salesman, was rude to me and never smiled. I found his behavior really unsatisfactory. I think the restaurant should fire him, and I don’t want to see him there next time. Please take this review seriously and make the right decision.

You can get a traditional breakfast here in the lovely cultural setting of Souq Waqif, and the prices are reasonable. There are plenty of options around. I’m not sure why it’s called a hotel, unless it has rooms as well, since it seems to be a restaurant.
