The room was pristine clean and had everything, even a washing machine. There was complimentary tea and coffee, plus biscuits and chocolate. The location is very good, close to everything, and the staff were cooperative and very good. Free parking is in the basement, though getting a big car around in there is somewhat difficult. My only comment is that there are no sockets near the bed.

After returning from vacation, my husband and I stayed at La Villa Hotel for 11 days. The room was fine, and I was glad to have an electric cooker for making food. In summer the shower water was usually hot, so I used my storage box to keep cooler water. One day a housekeeper noticed and kindly offered me two buckets so I'd have enough cold water for bathing. I think her name was Sumaya (or Fumaya), and she was from Nepal. She was thoughtful every day, making sure I had enough drinking water and coffee. Her kindness and attentiveness stood out. The stay wasn't the most comfortable overall, but the staff made it worthwhile. I also accidentally left my mobile charger in the room. When I came back to ask, reception returned it right away, thanks to the housekeeping staff who found it. I appreciate their honesty and care. 🤍😊

Mohammed Ramjan did excellent housekeeping. I was a little late checking out, and they accommodated me. Great prices, excellent service and staff, and a great hotel overall.

The rooms felt like home for my partner, and they were nice. We did have a couple of problems with the TV and power supply, though. Still, they earned that five-star rating for a reason 👌
