Doha Dynasty Hotel

The rooms were fine for the price, and check-in and checkout were quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed one night during a layover.

Hotel Saravana Bhavan is in the same building, and the hotel is close to the airport and metro. It's a three star place that works for a short stay, especially if you get a good deal. My connecting flight was delayed and I arrived late, but the staff kindly gave me a larger room with a king sized bed. The room had an old hotel feel. There's no microwave in the room, so you have to use the common area, and the wardrobe is just shelves, with nowhere proper to hang clothes. The mattress was a bit hard but comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable too. I heard an annoying noise from the AC vent, but I arrived late and haven't told the hotel yet.

We only booked a room to shower during a long flight connection, so I can't comment on the beds or the night since we didn't sleep there. The staff were really nice, the location was great, and the room was clean and fair for the price. The shower opens directly onto the bathroom floor, which gets slippery and wet.

Wi-Fi was available, but there was no actual connection, and the lack of parking made finding a spot really difficult. For this price, you can find somewhere better.
