The place was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. They helped me through my short holiday in Doha and kept finding solutions. Special thanks to Keisha, Marelle, and Radesh, the guy from India. I work in hospitality in Germany, and people like them are rare to find there. Good luck to you all. My experience here has been great so far, and I’d recommend Bentley luxury hotel to families any day. Anastasia, the manager, is attentive to our requests and does her best to accommodate us. The cleaning team assigned to my apartment has been splendid and thorough, especially Ansu, along with Kabita and Sachintha. The concierges have been lovely too, especially uncle Ismael. The kids love him.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is honestly very luxurious, but the service was disappointing. There were four of us in the suite, yet whenever I asked for towels, they said they could only give me two. I had to ask again every night. There were no hangers in the cabinets, even though there are lots of cabinets, and the small kitchen had no pots or pans to use.

My room was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with modern features, elegant decor, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional too. Thanks to Ansu and Amer for cleaning my room every day. At The Bentley Hotel in Qatar, I was welcomed with real warmth and professionalism from the moment I arrived. I had a relaxing, luxurious stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Qatar.
