Hotel The Royal Riviera Hotel

The food was great, and the way they listened to concerns made the experience worthwhile despite a few issues. I had trouble with the airport pickup, and the reception manager understood as soon as I explained and gave me a good room. At P level, Hussain helped me explore some new food, guided me toward a good choice, and even brought a sample to taste. I really appreciated that.

During the Eid holiday I had a bad stay and felt discriminated against by the staff. I arrived 20 minutes early, but they wouldn't attend to me while they served people of other nationalities. I'll give them 2 stars only for being unwelcoming to a non-Arab like me. I'll never book here again.

The hotel had a lovely upscale feel, and the smell of expensive oud added to the atmosphere. The buffet was surprisingly amazing. I didn't speak with the staff much, but they seemed approachable and helpful. A really nice experience.

BLESSIE IS THE BEST!!!!! My brother and I had a great stay and meal at the Royal Reviera Hotel in Doha. Everyone was friendly and efficient from beginning to end. I missed the name of the man who helped us to the lift to my room, but I want to salute him for his initiative and hospitality. We both have severe anaphylactic allergies to legumes, so we asked about dietary requirements. BLESSIE was caring and genuine, and a huge asset to the team. Miss Jane and Guzal were just as lovely and helpful in the restaurant, and their bright smiles made us feel welcome. The kitchen team and chefs also catered to our allergies and made delicious meals. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The chocolate cake alone is worth coming back for. I can't fault anything, and I'm grateful to everyone for making the stay memorable. They deserve recognition for their professional, hospitable conduct. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, and will definitely look to come back!
