West Walk Retaj Hotel

The buffet at Retaj hotel was something I especially enjoyed, with help from ms Albentins, Myo and Zaineb. They were lovely and always smiling. The staff were all helpful, humble, and very nice. I had a good experience and liked it a lot. Thank you!

I had to leave in a hurry as soon as travel became available, but I want to thank the staff for being so kind and doing their best to look after all of us passengers. Albentina from the restaurant was especially friendly and made me look forward to mealtimes. I wish I’d caught the names of the other staff as well. I ended up at West Walk Retaj hotel after air travel was suspended because of the political conflict in Middle East. Even in that difficult situation, I found everything I needed: a buffet with a mix of cuisines, very clean and organized rooms with toiletries, and helpful reception staff. West Walk boulevard is right outside, with plenty of shops to visit in your free time. Thank you for a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Shahriar was very kind to me, and the kitchen staff were kind too. The hotel service was consistently good. Every day my room was tidied and bottles of water, coffee, and tea were provided. My belongings were safe the whole time, and the reception staff were kind and gave me a very good room. It was my first time in Doha, Qatar, and the Middle East. The service from everyone made me appreciate Qatar’s culture, service, and kindness. Thank you very much.

The restaurants had a great range of delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, and I also used the meeting facilities, which were professional and high-tech. My stay at West Walk Retaj Hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always making an effort to give me a great experience, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
