Rabban Suites West Bay Doha

The suites are spacious and beautiful, and I really enjoyed the restaurant food. What stays with me most, though, is how the team looked after me when I was stranded in transit at Doha airport. I spent almost a week at voco Doha West Bay Suites, and during such a stressful, uncertain time, they helped me feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Every request was handled kindly and efficiently, and the hospitality went well beyond what I expected. I’ve now made it home safely. Huge thanks to all the staff for the support and the wonderful job you do. I hope everyone stays safe and that peace returns to the region soon. Highly recommend.

Jakir from housekeeping deserves a special mention. He was professional, friendly and always willing to help, whether I needed clean towels, extra water or something specific. My room stayed spotless, and he paid great attention to detail. I also found the 24-hour in-room dining dependable: the food arrived promptly and was consistently good, especially handy after a long day or a late night. The suites themselves are modern, comfortable and roomy, with space to work, relax and unwind. They feel more like home than a typical hotel room. VOCO West Bay Suites is in West Bay, close to Doha’s main attractions, malls, restaurants and key areas, so getting around was easy. Housekeeping kept everything very clean throughout my stay. The team’s service, comfort and location make this a good choice for either a short or extended visit. I’d happily return and recommend it.

My first IHG stay, and my first time at voco, left me truly impressed. The facilities and hospitality were excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help. Chaima made a particularly big difference. Her professional, positive manner and genuine care made us feel welcome and valued. We’ve recently moved into a two-bedroom apartment and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Everyone across the hotel has been so friendly. We ate at The Social, where Catherine looked after us attentively and was courteous and warm. Keep up the great work.
