Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail by IHG

The location is lovely and close to everything, and the hotel’s cleanliness, honesty, and quality really stand out. I found the food varied, with tasty international dishes, and the rooms were stunning and very high quality. The welcome was warm, while service felt attentive and professional. I was so impressed I didn’t want to leave. It was comfortable and enjoyable, a heartfelt 5/5.

I’ve been staying here for two months, and all the service staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Joyston and Phyoe at the front desk keep an eye on my requests and make sure I’m comfortable. They even arranged a birthday cake for my room. Every morning, Vilhas and Binata greet me with a smile and make sure I get my coffee. It’s a lovely way to start the day. They all deserve five stars for the service.

The hotel was lovely, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The reception team were respectful, professional, and very helpful. Shakel and Koyes from housekeeping were kind, friendly, and always cooperative. I also want to thank Vishnu, the manager. He was polite, supportive, and ready to help whenever I needed it. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff for their attitude and service.

The breakfast was the reason I picked this hotel over others, and it lived up to that choice. There was loads to choose from: protein, baked goods, fresh juices and smoothies, made-to-order espresso drinks, local specialties, fruit, vegetables, and tasty sweets. It looked even better than the photos. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and we loved the pool and gym. We were surprised by just how much equipment the gym had. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional from beginning to end. The location worked really well too, with grocery stores and markets within a ten-minute walk. We got around by Uber and Doha public transit, which was easy and very affordable. There’s a tram stop just steps away. We’d highly recommend staying here.
