The location is great and the price was decent for the area, but we expected more. The room was noisy, with road sounds and people arriving late or leaving early waking us from nearby rooms. It also hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived: the stairs were sticky and there were some suspicious marks on the couch. Breakfast cost quite a lot for what was available, and paying 7€ a day for the indoor hotel parking felt like a burden, though with a rental car it seemed hard to avoid. Service was mixed too. Some white employees came across as snobbish and barely said hello, while the Creole employees, or at least I guess that's what they were, were professional and likable. Good job to them. The rest was okay. Not awful, not good, and not worth more than three stars.

We had a really enjoyable three-night stay. The hotel and room were five-star quality, with a lovely swimming area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach. The only reason I'd give it four stars is the very basic kitchenette. There was no sharp knife, kettle, or sink plug, even though guests are expected to wash their own dishes.

There's a big pool and enclosed parking, and the staff did their best to make the stay pleasant. We'd stay here again when we come back.

The room, its view, the location, and the pool were all lovely. The WiFi, though, is very weak.
