We left straight away, and still haven't received a refund. When we arrived at around 8 pm, the road nearby was crowded and didn't feel safe. The bald receptionist and some of the people around the hotel made us uncomfortable. While he was handling the formalities, several people came in who didn't look decent and seemed to be under some sort of influence. On the way to the lift we also passed others whose looks and clothing struck us as strange. On the second floor, there was just one door marked as an exit, and we weren't sure if it led to our room. Beyond it was completely dark. I had to use my phone torch and hold the door partly open to see what was there before the sensor light above came on, but the corridor stayed blacked out. We eventually reached our room feeling scared, as though we were heading into a storeroom.

The staff are polite and efficient, and you can leave luggage there for several days for 1€/day per bag. The rooms are good, and the breakfast is amazing, with sweet and savory food and fruit. It's a great way to start the day, well worth it. A perfect hotel for a stay in St. Denis.

The breakfast is really good, and the staff are attentive and very friendly. It's a quiet, good hotel, though the soundproofing could be better. The bathroom also had a strange plate ceiling.

It's a very basic two-star place, with no pampering to expect. If you're mostly out and just need somewhere to sleep and leave your luggage, it does the job. You'll have to walk a bit to get to a bus stop for ' Gare de St Denis'.
