It's an okay apartment if all you need is a place to stay and you won't be cooking or doing laundry. The building is old and has poor soundproofing. The kitchen wasn't very clean, and some of its utensils were unacceptable. The washing machine was broken when I arrived, and the landlord didn't answer during the two days I was there.

The location was good, and the place was well equipped, very clean, and furnished with new furniture chosen with good taste. I'll come back.
