We had time to spare in Bacău before heading to the airport, so we stopped in and made use of the hotel's spa and swimming facilities. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was well kept. Claudiu was especially helpful. Knowing we had to leave before the outdoor jacuzzi's usual opening time, he made it available early. He was friendly and helpful the whole time.

The restaurant food was good, and the waiters were kind. Reception was helpful and welcoming too. We also really enjoyed the SPA. If you forgot your swimming shorts, the hotel sells them, along with what else you might need for a swim, at a fair price. We had an excellent stay.

We booked the spa at the last minute for a large group and everything went smoothly. The facilities were clean and not overly busy, and Claudiu was particularly friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was cozy and clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. One small thing that felt awkward at times was the bathroom door, which is transparent in a few spots 😆. We got good value for the price. The view was beautiful, breakfast had a nice variety, and both the semi-Olympic and salted pools were excellent. The saunas were clean and pleasant as well. Staff were always kind, friendly, and ready to help. A solid 4-star stay for the money.

I felt really relaxed in the SPA here, and the welcome throughout the hotel was warm. One of the nicest places in Bacau for that.
