The food was only middling in taste and appearance, but the service made the restaurant visit awful. The waiters behaved unprofessionally and seemed inexperienced. What really surprised me was seeing a 10% waiter service charge on the bill, even though that policy wasn’t listed anywhere. The owners had described the food and service very highly, so the whole experience was a letdown. It’s a shame that such a nice-looking place offers so little professionalism or good atmosphere.

I wouldn’t bother visiting this restaurant. The service and quality fall below standard: even a simple drink took 20 minutes, and the food took ages to arrive. They’d be better off closing it.

The prices are high, but that doesn’t mean the food is good. We waited nearly an hour for our food and another 30 minutes for the bill. I was surprised to find “waiter services” added to it. Tips should be my choice, depending on whether the service deserves one. I can’t recommend this place.

We had a great stay and will be back. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials, including towels, a spa bathrobe, hairdryer, safe, and minibar. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely playground with lots of toys right beside the restaurant terrace. The spa was spotless, with two saunas, and the Balinese massage was fantastic. The restaurant was excellent too, and breakfast had a huge range of fresh, delicious food. Congratulations!

I went in winter with my partner, and the place was empty, so we could enjoy the saunas for as long as we liked. For 60 lei, you get a nicely heated pool, two saunas, and a steam bath, which seems fair. Massages cost extra, and I didn’t think they were worth the price, though there’s a wide range if that’s your thing.
